Funded Challenge Affiliate Program – Terms and Conditions

By joining the Funded Challenge Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

• Affiliates must be at least 18 years old.
• Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. Any commissions earned from self-referrals will not be paid out and may result in removal from the affiliate program.

2. Commissions

• Affiliates earn a commission on the sales they refer. The commission is attributed to the most recent referral made by the affiliate.
• Lifetime commissions are offered, meaning you will continue earning commissions on recurring sales attributed to your referral.
• Commissions are paid out on the 15th of each month, provided your total earned commissions have reached a minimum of $100.

3. Payouts

• Payouts can be requested by emailing support@fundedchallenge.io.
• You can choose to receive payouts in FIAT or cryptocurrency.
• Payouts will be processed once your commission balance has reached the $100 threshold.

4. Marketing and Promotion

• Affiliates must use the marketing materials provided by Funded Challenge.io. This includes banners, links, and other promotional assets.
• Any advertising and promotional efforts must adhere to the following compliance guidelines:
• No promises of returns: Affiliates must not guarantee or promise any profits or returns to potential customers.
• No income replacement claims: Affiliates must not suggest that participating in the program can replace a person’s primary source of income.
• Platform promotion: Affiliates are prohibited from promoting MT4 or MT5 as the trading platform. The correct platform to promote is Chart+, which offers similar features.
• Demo accounts: Affiliates must clarify that all trading is done on simulated/demo accounts. Affiliates must not state that the funds traded are real.

5. Account Termination

• Funded Challenge reserves the right to terminate any affiliate’s account for breach of these terms, including self-referrals, non-compliance with advertising guidelines, or unethical practices.

6. Modifications to the Terms

• Funded Challenge reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
